Salary: Β£43,500 per annumWorking Pattern: Full Time or Part TimeLocation: Hybrid working with 1-2 days per week in the officeShape the future through data-driven planningWe're looking for a System Planner to join our established team of planners, helping to identify operational risks, influence strategic decision-making, and support future growth.This is a highly varied role where you'll combine analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills to help ensure we have the right plans and solutions in place both now and for the future.If you enjoy working with data, building relationships across a business, and turning insight into action, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doingAs a System Planner, you'll play a key role in understanding and managing operational and strategic risks across your region.You'll:-Analyse and interpret data to identify current and future risks-Work closely with operational teams and data owners to understand trends and opportunities-Develop recommendations and solutions to mitigate risks and support business performance-Support longer-term planning by identifying emerging risks, growth requirements, and future network needs-Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the business-Present insights and recommendations clearly and confidently to different audiences-Use data-driven decision making to influence planning priorities and business outcomesWhat we're looking forWe're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds who can demonstrate strong transferable skills.
