We're looking for a Process Architect to play a key role in transforming the way our business works. You'll work at the heart of major change programmes, partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, project teams and change professionals to understand current ways of working and design smarter, more efficient processes that deliver lasting value. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the discovery, analysis and design of business processes across a range of strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
- Map, analyse and document current and future-state business processes using recognised process improvement methodologies.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture knowledge, challenge assumptions and build consensus.
- Work closely with Process Owners and SMEs to identify risks, controls, performance measures and improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, reducing waste and embedding best practice.
- Support major change programmes by assessing process impacts across people, technology and ways of working.
- Collaborate with project teams, business analysts, architects and change practitioners to ensure successful delivery.
- Help build a culture where process excellence and continuous improvement become part of everyday business.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in process improvement, transformation or business process management practices.
- Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement qualification.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping and requirements gathering and process analysis techniques.
- Experience delivering process change within large, complex organisations or transformation programmes.
- The confidence to challenge existing ways of working and influence positive change.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent people skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with SAP, finance or supply chain process improvement.
- Change management experience (e.g. PROSCI).
- Understanding of end-to-end business process transformation.
