At Anglian Water, we’re committed to delivering projects that make a real difference. As a Change Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring change initiatives succeed by focusing on the people side of change—helping individuals adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for projects and programmes.
  • Lead change activities to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coaching leaders and frontline managers.
  • Create actionable plans including communications, training, and resistance management.
  • Monitor readiness, track success metrics, and manage risks to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams and change specialists to embed best practice and evolve enterprise change capability.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety.

What does it take to be a Change Manager?

  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner or CMI qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience delivering people-focused change projects.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to coach, build trust, and work collaboratively across all levels.
  • Resilience, creativity, and confidence to use your initiative.
