Are you passionate about preserving natural spaces, maintaining beautiful environments, and delivering exceptional experiences for visitors? We’re looking for dedicated Rangers to join the team at Alton Water this spring and summer. Whether you’re maintaining our stunning landscapes or supporting visitors in enjoying the great outdoors, your role will make a real difference in our community. This role also includes onsite water tanker escorting.
What does it take to be a Park Ranger?
- Experience in the maintenance and management of country parks and/or fisheries
- Experience in land management and/or water based practical qualification (desirable)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to be flexible and willingness to learn
- Availability to work weekday/weekends/bank holidays
- Show enthusiasm about our parks and ability to share enthusiasm with customers
- Full driving licence required
