The predicted salary is between 47500 - 52500 £ per year.

In this role, you'll:

  • Provide key insight support through customer engagement for the Regulation team, providing insight inputs as part of the business' price review and regulatory processes, including WRMP and DWMP, as well as other statutory insight requirements.

You'll be an experienced communications and insight professional who is confident working across multiple stakeholders in a complex organisation.

You'll also demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to translate complex priorities into clear insight briefs, outputs and practical recommendations.
  • Confidence building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, including senior colleagues.
  • The ability to challenge constructively and manage expectations using evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding and experience of coordinated strategic communications.
  • Significant experience working in a similar insight, communications or strategic role.
  • Experience of research, insight and stakeholder management.
