We are looking for a Programmes and Assurance Analyst to join our Regulation team! This role will provide analytical and coordination support to enable delivery of regulatory programmes and submissions. The purpose of this role is to support the Regulatory Programmes and Assurance Manager in the delivery of regulatory programmes and assurance activities across the business.
This role will provide analytical, coordination and administrative support to the management of complex regulatory programmes, including the Ofwat Price Review, regulatory investigations, responses to Undertakings, and wider market reform initiatives. A key aspect of this role is to support the implementation of regulatory governance and quality assurance processes, helping to ensure regulatory submissions are accurate, well evidenced and compliant with regulatory reporting requirements.
Key responsibilities- Assist with the coordination of programme plans, governance meetings and reporting activities
- Support the preparation and review of regulatory submission content, supporting evidence and documentation
- Maintain records and audit trails to support regulatory assurance and compliance requirements
- Assist in tracking programme milestones and support progress reporting
- Support the coordination of programme meetings and governance processes
- Assist in coordinating responses to assurance findings and regulatory queries

- Experience supporting projects or programmes, including maintaining plans, trackers, or documentation
- Able to interpret information and translate it into structured outputs (e.g reports, trackers, documentation)
- Experience working with data, documents and reporting processes in a structured environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent coordination skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written communication skills, with the ability to support drafting of reports and documentation
