  • What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and serving fresh, high-quality food to our visitors
  • Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
  • Managing stock control and ordering to minimise waste and maximise value
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen
  • Contributing ideas to improve menus, service and customer experience
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and customers through outstanding service

You’ll be someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating great food and great experiences. We're looking for:

  • Experience working in a fresh food environment
  • Strong culinary and food preparation skills
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • A positive, reliable and flexible approach
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene standards
  • CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene in Catering (desirable)

Don't have a Level 3 qualification? No problem. We'll support your development and provide training where required.
