Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Process Engineering Team Manager to provide technical leadership, people management and engineering excellence across our Process Engineering Team. This is a senior role within the Engineering Team, responsible for leading process engineering design and assurance across water and water recycling projects from feasibility through to construction and delivery. You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting multiâdisciplinary project teams to deliver safe, compliant and value-driven solutions, while mentoring and developing engineers with a range of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in process engineering, supporting the development and delivery of robust water and water recycling solutions across the project lifecycle.
- Develop a team of Process Engineers and Senior Process Engineers, overseeing performance and capability.
Requirements
- Significant experience in process engineering within water or wastewater environments.
- Proven technical leadership experience, including design review, assurance and standards development.
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing engineers at different career stages.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and support delivery across multiple projects.
- Strong communication, influencing and collaborative working skills.
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams.
