- Build resilience across specialist engineering skills, critical assets and out-of-hours maintenance capability.
- Help shape future engineering capability through new technology, digital and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
- Engineering, maintenance or asset management experience within an industrial, utilities or process environment.
- Comfortable working across detailed engineering requirements and wider technical governance, ensuring that standards are not only well designed but practical, understood and consistently applied.
- Experience developing or governing engineering maintenance standards, strategies and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of asset reliability, engineering risk, process safety and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to interpret technical and OEM requirements and translate them into clear, practical engineering standards.
- Experience of technical assurance, competency management and risk-based decision-making.
