Compensation and Benefits

  • £45,760 starting salary, with overtime and standby, and opportunity for pay progression up to £60,000.
  • Basic business use of company van, tools and PPE equipment.
  • Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week with flexibility for part time.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out general repairs, investigate and rectify faults, and complete scheduled and reactive maintenance to ensure asset reliability.
  • Work with electrical control panels, motor testing, level control equipment and instrumentation, inverters, gearboxes, screw conveyors and centrifuge equipment.
  • Inspect, maintain and diagnose faults, undertake repairs to large pumps, actuated valves, VSD and three‑phase electrical switchgear.
  • Collaborate with a team to develop commercial and industrial experience with the above assets.

Qualifications

  • An NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent).
  • 18th Edition electrical City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent).
  • Completed a relevant apprenticeship.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Demonstrable experience in inspections, maintenance and fault diagnosis.
  • Competent at undertaking repairs to large pumps, actuated valves, VSD and 3‑phase electrical switchgear.
