Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Civil Engineering Team Manager to provide technical leadership, people management and engineering excellence across our Civil Engineering Team. This is a senior role within the Engineering Team, responsible for leading the design and assurance of civil engineering solutions across water and water recycling projects. You will also mentor and develop engineers with varying levels of experience while supporting the continuous improvement of engineering standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and civil engineering expertise across a wide range of assets, including pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, earthworks and large infrastructure projects.
- Significant experience in civil engineering within water, wastewater or similar infrastructure environments.
- Proven technical leadership experience, including design review, assurance and standards development.
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing engineers at different career stages.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across complex project portfolios.
- Excellent communication, influencing and collaborative working skills.
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams.
