What Will You Be Doing as a Planner?
As a Planner within the IMRDS Alliance, you will be responsible for managing and optimising both scheduled and unplanned work across our Water projects. Your role will involve creating and implementing day-to-day schedules, collaborating with multiple teams, and ensuring optimal resource usage. You will balance workloads, manage capacity, and help the business meet key performance targets related to service delivery, quality, and risk management. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will be contributing directly to the success of the business by improving operational efficiency and meeting the evolving needs of our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise work schedules, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational capacity.
- Monitor and analyse performance data, adjusting plans as necessary to meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure tasks are prioritised and resources are effectively allocated.
- Manage and reduce downtime through efficient Gantt management and proactive coordination with Supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with planning processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Co-ordinating, monitoring and responding (where appropriate) to customer generated enquiries in-line with our customer KPI's.
