Programmes and Assurance AnalystCirca £47,000 dependent on skills and experiencePermanent, full time (37 hours) with flexibility for part time workingHuntingdonDive into a world of opportunity, and join our team!We are looking for a Programmes and Assurance Analyst to join our Regulation team!This role will provide analytical and coordination support to enable delivery of regulatory programmes and submissions. The purpose of this role is to support the Regulatory Programmes and Assurance Manager in the delivery of regulatory programmes and assurance activities across the business.This role will provide analytical, coordination and administrative support to the management of complex regulatory programmes, including the Ofwat Price Review, regulatory investigations, responses to Undertakings, and wider market reform initiatives.A key aspect of this role is to support the implementation of regulatory governance and quality assurance processes, helping to ensure regulatory submissions are accurate, well evidenced and compliant with regulatory reporting requirements.Key responsibilitiesAssist with the coordination of programme plans, governance meetings and reporting activitiesSupport the preparation and review of regulatory submission content, supporting evidence and documentationMaintain records and audit trails to support regulatory assurance and compliance requirementsAssist in tracking programme milestones and support progress reportingSupport the coordination of programme meetings and governance processesAssist in coordinating responses to assurance findings and regulatory queriesWe invest in our people - as a valued employee, you'll be entitled to:Personal private health careGenerous double match pension - contribute 7% and Anglian Water will contribute 14%, giving a total contribution of 21%24-hour Virtual GP service for you and your household26 days annual leave - rising with length of service and the ability to buy moreLife assurance (up to 8 x salary)Personal accident cover (up to 5 x salary)Excellent family friendly policies, such as 26 weeks full pay for maternity / adoption leave, as well as 4 weeks paid paternity / partner leave.
