Make every drop of your potential count! We're looking for a Junior Agile Delivery Manager (Operations) to support our multi-functional Application Support Team in delivering high-quality services. This high performing team consists of 3 main skills: Application Support and Data Engineers, Spatial Engineers, and Application Development Engineers which manage service desks, data translations and maintenance updates together with developing low-code solutions for both internal departments and external clients. Sitting within TIDE Services, this role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their delivery or agile career to gain hands-on experience across live support services, data operations and project delivery.
You'll work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to help facilitate agile ways of working, remove blockers, increase velocity, track progress and build on our collaborative, continuous-improvement culture within the team.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of 1st and 2nd line Application Support activities
- Facilitating workflow and task prioritisation across internal and external service desks
- Running agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Identifying, managing and removing blockers that prevent delivery
- Supporting incident management processes to minimise customer impact and restore service
- Co-ordinating data maintenance and client onboarding activity to meet internal and contractual SLAs
- Tracking delivery using tools such as Jira and SharePoint, ensuring documentation is maintained
- Supporting risk, issue and dependency (RAID) reporting to stakeholders
- Contributing to service improvement initiatives, innovation and process enhancements
- Producing operational performance and expenditure reporting

- Experience applying Agile or Kanban methodologies
- Experience supporting service delivery or operational teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical and organised approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Experience of using tools such as Jira or SharePoint (desirable)
- Interest in continuous improvement, innovation and agile delivery
