We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to join a busy security plant project in Spalding. This is a temporary position for approximately 1–2 weeks, operating a 14-tonne excavator on a well-established site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of a 14-tonne excavator
- Excavation, trenching, grading, and levelling works
- Loading and unloading materials as required
- Assisting with site preparation and groundwork activities
- Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any defects
- Working closely with site management and other trades on site
- Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators on construction or industrial sites
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full PPE required
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
