We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to join a busy security plant project in Spalding. This is a temporary position for approximately 1–2 weeks, operating a 14-tonne excavator on a well-established site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe and efficient operation of a 14-tonne excavator
  • Excavation, trenching, grading, and levelling works
  • Loading and unloading materials as required
  • Assisting with site preparation and groundwork activities
  • Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any defects
  • Working closely with site management and other trades on site
  • Adhering to all site health and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS card
  • Proven experience operating 360 excavators on construction or industrial sites
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full PPE required
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
