Role & Responsibilities
- Safely slinging and directing loads for crane operations
- Communicating clearly with crane operators and site teams
- Ensuring lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently
- Guiding vehicle and plant movements around site when required
- Maintaining safe working areas and clear access routes
- Supporting site teams with general labouring duties when necessary
- Assisting with moving materials and maintaining overall site cleanliness
Requirements
- Valid CPCS A40a (All Duties) or NPORS Slinger & Signaller (N402)
- Previous experience in lifting operations on construction sites
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures and lifting regulations
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hard‑working attitude
