Anglian Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced Commercial Plumbers / Pipefitters for a commercial construction project in Saffron Walden, with work commencing in August. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a long-term commercial project, offering competitive rates of pay and ongoing work for reliable operatives.

The Role

  • Installation of copper, carbon steel and plastic pipework
  • Press-fit and screwed pipework installations
  • Installation of sanitaryware and commercial plumbing systems
  • Heating and domestic water services
  • Plant room installations
  • Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings
  • Working alongside other trades to deliver the project safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health and safety on site

Essential Requirements

  • Valid CSCS or JIB Skills Card
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
  • Proven commercial plumbing and/or pipefitting experience
  • Own tools and full PPE
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
