Anglian Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced Commercial Plumbers / Pipefitters for a commercial construction project in Saffron Walden, with work commencing in August. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a long-term commercial project, offering competitive rates of pay and ongoing work for reliable operatives.
The Role
- Installation of copper, carbon steel and plastic pipework
- Press-fit and screwed pipework installations
- Installation of sanitaryware and commercial plumbing systems
- Heating and domestic water services
- Plant room installations
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings
- Working alongside other trades to deliver the project safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health and safety on site
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS or JIB Skills Card
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
- Proven commercial plumbing and/or pipefitting experience
- Own tools and full PPE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
