Anglian Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established and respected company who are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer / Paint Preparation Operative to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong eye for detail, looking for a long-term, stable role within a professional workshop environment.
The Role
- Preparing surfaces prior to painting (sanding, masking, cleaning, filling)
- Supporting the paint spraying process to a high-quality finish
- Mixing paints and ensuring correct colour matching where required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working to production schedules and quality standards
- Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour week:
- Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
- Friday: 08:00 - 15:00
Salary & Benefits
- £26,500 per annum
- Permanent, secure position
