We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Rackheath, Norfolk, focusing on our Construction / M&E division. This is a full-cycle role where you’ll take ownership of both client development and candidate delivery, building strong relationships across the construction market.

You’ll work with a variety of clients across the construction sector, including main contractors, subcontractors, and consultancies, placing candidates across trades & labour roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win new business through proactive sales, site visits, networking, and market mapping
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 desk), from vacancy briefing to placement
  • Source, screen, and place candidates for a variety of construction roles
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Negotiate terms of business, fees, and candidate offers
  • Provide market insight and consultative advice to clients and candidates
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
