Electrical Site Manager Required – Major Commercial Project – Norwich
Anglian Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the electrical package on a major project in Norwich, commencing July 2026 and running through to 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking contractor delivering high-profile projects across East Anglia. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient and successful delivery of the electrical installation works. For the right individual, this role could develop into a long term/ permanent position, as our client has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across Norfolk and is looking to build a reliable management team for future schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all electrical installation activities on site
- Supervise electrical subcontractors and direct labour
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetings
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other site teams
- Monitor health & safety compliance and maintain site documentation
- Manage labour resources and material deliveries
- Report on project progress and resolve site issues efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager
- Strong background delivering commercial, industrial or large-scale M&E projects
- SMSTS Certificate
- ECS/CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work (preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to drive programmes and manage multiple stakeholders
