Anglian Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a reputable client for a skilled Plumber / Heating Engineer to join their team on a longâterm basis. This role will be based on highâend new build residential sites close to Little Snoring, Norfolk, working on new build properties where attention to detail and highâquality workmanship are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation of air source heat pumps and associated heating systems.
- First and second fix plumbing work on new build residential properties.
- Carrying out work in line with current regulations and highâspecification building standards.
- Collaborating with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any onâsite plumbing and heating issues.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Working independently or as part of a small team.
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (Level 3 preferred).
- Proven experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs).
- Strong background in plumbing and heating systems within new build or highâend domestic environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- CSCS card.
- Gas Safe qualification (advantageous but not essential).
- Full UK driving licence and reliable transport.
- Own tools and PPE.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach.
