Anglian Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Setting Out Engineer for a major civil engineering and infrastructure project based in Necton, Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy site team on a long-term infrastructure scheme, working on a range of civils and groundworks packages.

Duties will include:

  • Setting out for roads, drainage, foundations and associated civils works
  • Carrying out site surveys and measurements
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Producing accurate as-built records
  • Quality assurance and checking works are completed to specification
  • Liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors
  • Maintaining site records and engineering documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Setting Out Engineer / Site Engineer
  • Strong civils, infrastructure or heavy groundworks background
  • Competent using Leica, Trimble or similar surveying equipment
  • CSCS Card
  • Own setting out kit preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence
