Are you an experienced Roofing Projects Manager looking to join a progressive and fast-growing contractor with a strong presence across East Anglia? We are recruiting on behalf of an established and highly reputable Roofing & Property Services Contractor operating across the residential, public sector and commercial markets. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured works, they are seeking an experienced Roofing Projects Manager to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a dynamic business that prides itself on quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term client relationships.
The Role
As Roofing Projects Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple roofing projects across East Anglia, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Projects will include:
- Pitched and flat roofing installations
- Full roof refurbishments
- Reactive and planned roofing works
- New build and large-scale commercial roofing packages
- Multi-disciplinary projects up to £3m in value
You will also provide operational support to senior management and contribute to strategic project decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple live projects simultaneously
- Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
- Overseeing programme, budget, and quality control
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Producing and reviewing CDM documentation and H&S files
- Managing statutory compliance (Asbestos, Gas & Electrical)
- Client liaison and stakeholder communication
- Supporting commercial and operational decision-making
About You
You will have:
- Proven experience delivering roofing projects within social housing, public sector, education, defence or commercial environments
- Strong background in both pitched and flat roofing systems
- Experience managing projects up to £3m
- Minimum 5 years’ project management experience
- Excellent organisational and programme management skills
- Strong knowledge of Construction Health & Safety regulations
Desirable Qualifications
- HNC (or equivalent) in Building/Construction
- BSc Construction Management / MSc Project Management
- CIOB membership (or working towards)
- SSSTS
- CSCS Card
