Freelance Dry Lining Project Manager
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Contract: Freelance 12 Month Contract
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Dry Lining Project Manager to oversee a large-scale dry lining package on a major construction project in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Project Manager with a strong background in dry lining, partitions, suspended ceilings and interior fit-out works to join a busy site for a long-term 12-month contract.
The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of the dry lining package from installation through to completion. Duties will include:
- Managing all on-site dry lining operations.
- Coordinating labour, subcontractors and material deliveries.
- Monitoring programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Attending site meetings with the client and main contractor.
- Managing health and safety on site.
