The Role
The successful candidate will be working within a busy fabrication workshop carrying out MIG welding and structural steel fabrication to a high standard. Duties will include:
- MIG welding structural steel components
- Beam fabrication and general steelwork
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
- Working accurately to production deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- General workshop duties as required
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you should have:
- Proven experience in MIG welding and structural steel fabrication
- Ability to read and work from engineering/fabrication drawings
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
