Sub Agent – Substation Project Location: Necton, Norfolk Duration: 8 Months Rate: £400–£450 per day plus package Hours: Full-time Anglian Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a major substation project in Necton, Norfolk. This is an 8-month contract opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in civils and energy projects. Previous experience working within substations, power, utilities or associated infrastructure is required. The Role: * Supporting the Site Agent and wider project management team with the delivery of the project * Managing day-to-day site activities and coordinating site teams and subcontractors * Overseeing civil engineering works within the substation environment * Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements * Monitoring site progress and reporting back to the project team * Liaising with subcontractors, engineers, clients and other stakeholders * Ensuring site documentation, permits and records are maintained * Supporting quality assurance and inspection processes * Maintaining high standards of health & safety across the site * Assisting with planning, sequencing and coordination of works Requirements: * Previous experience working as a Sub Agent or in a similar civil engineering role * Energy and civils experience is essential * Previous substation, power, utilities or major infrastructure experience * Strong understanding of civil engineering site operations * Excellent health & safety knowledge * Good communication, organisational and leadership skills * Relevant construction qualifications and site tickets * Right to work in the UK Rate: £400–£450 per day plus package Duration: 8 months Location: Necton, Norfolk If you are an experienced Sub Agent with a strong energy and civils background and are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your up-to-date CV
