Anglian Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent / Project Manager to join a substation project in Necton, Norfolk, starting at the beginning of September. This is a 6-month contract for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in managing site operations and delivering projects safely, efficiently and to programme.
The Role:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the site
- Coordinating subcontractors, site teams and deliveries
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standards
- Monitoring progress and reporting to the wider project team
- Liaising with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders
- Ensuring site documentation and records are maintained
- Supporting the delivery of the project from start to completion
- Maintaining a strong focus on health & safety and quality
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Agent, Project Manager or similar
- Strong construction site management experience
- Experience working on substation, power, utilities or infrastructure projects would be highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Relevant site management qualifications/tickets
- Right to work in the UK
