Anglian Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy maintenance contract in Saffron Walden. This role would suit a candidate with a broad maintenance background and a good understanding of multiple trades, particularly plumbing, who is capable of carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
Duties will include:
- General maintenance and repair works
- Basic plumbing repairs and installations
- Carpentry repairs and making good
- Patch plastering and decorating touch-ups
- Reactive and planned maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Multi-Trade Operative
