We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor to oversee works on a secure industrial infrastructure site in the King’s Lynn area. This is a key supervisory role requiring strong leadership, a safety-first mindset, and proven experience managing civils activities in controlled, high-compliance environments.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervising day-to-day civils operations on site
- Managing site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS, permits, and site procedures
- Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
- Liaising with site management, engineers, and stakeholders
- Monitoring progress and reporting on programme and productivity
- Ensuring quality control and compliance with industry regulations
- Valid AP (Appointed Person) ticket – essential
- Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor on industrial or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of safe systems of work in high-risk environments
- Ability to lead teams effectively and manage site pressures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- SMSTS / SSSTS
- First Aid (preferred)
- Competitive day rate of £250 – £275, depending on experience
- Immediate start on 2nd February
- Work on a well-managed, professional industrial project
- Opportunity to work with an established contractor on specialist infrastructure works
