Anglian Recruitment are proud to be working with a prestigious and well-established construction client, currently seeking experienced Groundworkers for an ongoing project based in Bungay, Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled and motivated individuals to join a highly respected contractor, offering consistent work, competitive pay, and a supportive, professional working environment. After an initial 12-week period, successful candidates will have the opportunity to go direct with the client, joining a company known for valuing its people and offering genuine long-term stability.
Role Overview:
- Drainage and pipe laying
- Concreting and kerbing
- General groundwork and site preparation
- Landscaping and land care work
- Working from site drawings and plans
- Supporting a small, friendly team with day-to-day site operations
We’re particularly keen to hear from Groundworkers with agricultural or landscaping experience – someone practical, reliable, and not afraid to get stuck into a variety of hands-on jobs.

- Valid CSCS card
- Own PPE and tools
- Driving licence and transport preferred due to site location
