Anglian Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly respected employer who are looking to recruit a Paint Preparation Operative to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous workshop or paint prep experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and is looking for a secure, long-term position.
The Role
- Preparing surfaces ready for painting, including sanding, masking, cleaning and filling
- Assisting the paint spraying process to achieve a high-quality finish
- Mixing paints and supporting colour matching when required
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production deadlines
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
Working Hours
40-hour week: Monday Thursday: 08:00 16:45 Friday: 08:00 15:00
Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 per annum
