Anglian Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly respected employer who are looking to recruit a Paint Preparation Operative to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous workshop or paint prep experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and is looking for a secure, long-term position.

  • Preparing surfaces ready for painting, including sanding, masking, cleaning and filling
  • Assisting the paint spraying process to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Mixing paints and supporting colour matching when required
  • Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

Working Hours: 40-hour week:

  • Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
  • Friday: 08:00 - 15:00

Salary & Benefits:

  • £30,000 per annum
  • Permanent, full-time role
