We are seeking to appoint a site manager to support the maintenance and health and safety of two schools, The Pines Primary School and Kennett Primary School. Successful candidates will make the job their own, taking pride in the building and grounds.
They will liaise with office staff, Headteachers across both schools and Anglian Learning Premises and Operations Managers, contractors and grounds teams to ensure all repairs are carried out and maintenance, risk assessments, compliance checks and fire checks are kept up to date.
They will also be responsible for setting up and clearing up for in‑school events. They must be a caring, responsible person who can work as part of a team and will ensure the safety of the site, ensuring the children and staff have a safe, well‑maintained, clean building to work in.
