Anglian Learning is seeking an Inclusion & Attendance Coordinator for Sawston Village College. The role focuses on improving attendance, punctuality, and inclusion, with emphasis on vulnerable pupils and Individual Attendance and Engagement Plans (IAEPs).
You will work with school leaders, families and external agencies to monitor records, analyse data and implement targeted interventions to maximise pupil engagement and outcomes.
