We are looking for a Head of Computing for one of our Colleges in Royston. Bassingbourn Village College proudly celebrated over 70 years of educational heritage in 2024, rooted in the pioneering Village College movement since opening in 1954. While we honour this rich tradition, our focus is firmly on the future.

As Head of Computing your purpose will be to lead, manage and develop Computer Science to ensure high-quality teaching and learning; to provide an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant, inclusive curriculum that motivates, engages and enriches students' understanding of the subject; and, to monitor and raise standards, enabling students to achieve strong academic outcomes and personal growth.
