Alongside responsibility for the academic achievement and pastoral care of your class, you will play an important role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school. Working closely with the Headteacher, you will contribute to curriculum and assessment development, support and influence colleagues' practice, monitor standards and pupil outcomes, and contribute to whole-school improvement.
- hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- have proven successful teaching experience and a strong understanding of effective teaching, learning and assessment
- have high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to securing strong outcomes

Salary: Teacher Main/Upper Pay Scale, M1 (£32,916) - U3 (£51,048) FTE plus TLR 2.1 (£3,527) per annum.
This post is advertised at the pre-NJC pay award salary rate. The successful candidate's salary will be adjusted in line with the agreed 2026/27 pay award once implemented.
Contract Type: Full time , Permanent Expected Start Date: January 2027, subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks. Interview Date: Thursday, 15th October 2026, This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
