About the Role
Anglian Learning is seeking a Finance Officer to join our finance shared services team, supporting a group of schools within the Trust. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing income and expenditure, and ensuring compliance with Trust financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage school bank accounts, income, and reconciliations.
- Operate school income and cashless catering systems.
- Raise invoices and manage credit control.
- Process and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and card transactions.
- Maintain supplier records and follow fraud prevention procedures.
- Respond to finance queries promptly and support colleagues across the Trust.
About You
- Experience in finance or administration (school/education sector experience desirable).
- Good numeracy, IT, and Excel skills.
- Strong organisation, accuracy, and customer service focus.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
