Anglian Learning is pleased to share an exciting opportunity for a Site Operations Manager to join Stour Valley Community School & Clare Community Primary School.

Responsibilities:

  • Line manage site staff to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the services across both sites.
  • Ensure the schools comply with statutory inspection and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Have overall responsibility for the management of the facilities, ensuring that they are developed and maintained to the highest standard to provide an outstanding learning and working environment for students and staff, and a first-class resource for the community.

Candidate Profile:

As well as having relevant practical skills and experience, the ideal candidate will be a reliable and proactive team player with good communication skills, taking pride in the school environment and showing a willingness to support the school community.
