Senior Business Lead

Role overview:
The Senior Business Lead is a senior operational leadership post and one of three complementary leads - working alongside the Executive Lead of Administration and the Operations Manager - who together ensure the efficient, compliant and high-functioning running of the school.
Reporting directly to the Principal, the postholder leads a defined portfolio of business, media, enrichment and inclusion functions that are significant to both the day-to-day operation and the strategic priorities of The Netherhall School and Oakes College.
The post carries direct line management of staff, responsibility for multiple school funds and budgets, the management of externally generated income, accountability for statutory compliance in the school's published digital output, and a cross-Trust remit - reflecting the seniority, breadth and whole school significance of the role.
