Anglian Learning is seeking a Payroll Assistant to join our shared services department.

The successful candidate will be assisting the Payroll and Pensions Manager with the day‑to‑day efficient running of the Payroll and Pensions department. This includes:

  • Working on all aspects of the end‑to‑end payroll and pensions process
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to queries
  • Liaising with colleagues in the HR department to ensure that all current payroll changes are successfully processed in the iTrent integrated HR and Payroll system
  • Working with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure that all changes are processed accurately and on time

We offer hybrid working for this role. In addition, you will be expected to work across the Trust and to travel between sites where necessary. Please note that some of our sites are not easily reached by public transport.

This role is open for flexible working discussions e.g. part‑time working at a minimum of 0.80FTE. Should you be interested in flexible working, please indicate your preference(s) in your application.
