Anglian Learning is seeking a proactive HR Officer to join the HR Shared Services Team.
The role is office-based 3–4 days per week with travel across Trust sites, delivering a broad HR service across schools and the Trust.
You will lead recruitment, onboarding and HR processes while advising staff and senior leaders on policies, driving HR projects, and contributing to the people strategy.
A CIPD Level 5 development path is available.
