Anglian Learning is seeking a HR Officer to join the HR Shared Services Team.

This role is a true generalist position, delivering an efficient, people-focused service across schools in the Trust and beyond.

You will lead on recruitment, onboarding and employee relations, advise staff and senior leaders on policies, and support organisational change aligned with the Trust's people strategy.

The post is office-based 3–4 days a week with travel between sites.
