- Professional CIPD membership (Associate) andLevel 3 or 5 qualification or currently studying towards or willing to do so.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Previous HR experience in a generalist orspecialist environment, including operational exposure to application ofemployment law, case management.
- Experience of advising and influencing managerson matters of HR operations.
- Experience of managing recruitment andonboarding processes.
- Previous experience of managing HR processes andprocedures and interpreting policies to provide first line advice.
- Good management skills, acting positively,flexibly, and constructively, bringing energy and focus to the work.
- Ability to advise colleagues on HR issues usingstrong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse problems at an operationallevel, identify root cause and develop a range of creative solutions that willadd value.
- Ability to be people focused, be open toinnovative and creative ideas and challenge and committed to individuallearning and development.
- Strong organisational and project managementskills with ability to manage large and/or complex projects.
- Ability to take responsibility for planning ownwork, consistently achieving and delivering quality despite tight timescalesand conflicting priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills andability to successfully present information verbally through use of formalpresentation tools.
- Excellent IT skills, including the ability touse MIS, MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
