The Role As a Field Manager, you will be at the heart of our daily operations.

Working in the field, you will lead and organise our self-employed Installation teams, inspect completed works and help ensure every installation meets Anglian's quality standards.

You will play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience, supporting installers to perform at their best while ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience, adhering to Anglian standards.

Monitor 6-7 self-employed installation teams to ensure timely and quality installations.

Provide support to installation teams to develop their skills and performance.

Handle customer installation queries or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure that installations are completed in line with H&S standards.

What We're Looking For Knowledge of installation processes and best practices.

Good on-site presence and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking to customers.

Previous experience of managing self-employed trades plus a strong understanding of H&S practice in the workplace.

Previous experience in a similar role within the home improvement or construction industry.

Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Valid driver's licence to travel as required within the region.
