We are looking for a proactive and customerâfocused Business Acceptance Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that jobs sold and surveyed can proceed smoothly by resolving technical, financial, or specification issues that arise after the initial survey. You will act as the key point of contact for both internal teams and customers, providing clear communication and effective solutions.
What Youâll Do
- Review and resolve sales queries where intervention is required to make jobs proceedable.
- Liaise with customers via phone and email to discuss contract changes and agree on solutions.
- Generate and track Variation of Contract (VOC) documents, ensuring pricing aligns with company policies.
- Resolve financeârelated issues, including changes to agreements or lapsed deals.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service.
