Anglian Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer to service installed products under our 10-year warranty. You will visit customer homes, diagnose faults, and take corrective action in line with quality standards.
You will demonstrate product care, maintain a high level of customer service, complete service calls on schedule using our Right First Time approach, and keep accurate paperwork on the PDA.
