As the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, you'll provide an outstanding customer experience, prepare quotations, identify customer needs, and confidently upsell and cross-sell relevant services to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels. Prepare accurate quotations for repair, maintenance and service work. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Follow up quotations to convert enquiries into booked work.
