We have an exciting new opportunity to enhance our regional sales team. We are seeking an experienced sales professional who is looking to stretch their business development and management potential to the next level. With your drive and enthusiasm, you will be part of the regional senior team, supporting the Regional Sales Manager to grow and develop our existing sales force.
You will be responsible for ensuring recruitment targets are reached by assessing potential candidates to join our sales force. You will be supported by Company nationwide campaigns, allowing you to focus on regional recruitment activities and networking. Additionally, you will inspire, guide and effectively coach, train and mentor our Sales Managers and self-employed partners to continue to achieve targets and build on their current success. This role is pivotal in supporting the region to reach its full potential!

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional sales and establishment targets.
- Participating and driving regional recruitment focused activities including local networking, attending regional jobs/recruitment fairs and where appropriate working in conjunction with local job centres.
- Leading and following the company's onboarding processes providing consistency and enhancing candidate experience.
- Driving retention through the delivery of timely and professional sales training.
- Responsibility to deliver a high standard of sales training at a regional level covering new starter training, remote selling, in-home selling, all products including finance products and compliance along with all systems and processes.
- Providing day-to-day support to the Regional Sales Manager and deputising in their absence.
What we're looking for:
- Successful proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager who has consistently exceeded targets.
- Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar).
- Highly motivated, with the natural ability to motivate others.
