Are you a driven recruitment resourcer, talent acquisition coordinator, talent sourcer or recruitment administrator looking for more than just another recruitment role? This is a rare opportunity to join the in-house Recruitment Team at the UK's leading home improvement businesses. Operating across multiple brands and locations nationwide, we are looking for a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to help us attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across a wide range of vacancies.

Whether you're currently working in recruitment, HR, administration, or talent sourcing, this role offers the chance to develop your career within a busy, supportive and professional in-house recruitment team. Working closely with our Senior Recruitment Partner and wider HR function, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proactively sourcing and identifying candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and social media platforms.
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns across a variety of business functions and locations.
  • Conducting initial candidate searches and screening activities.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Creating and managing engaging job adverts across multiple advertising channels.
  • Coordinating interviews, candidate communications and diary management.
  • Maintaining recruitment systems, candidate records and vacancy information accurately and compliantly.
  • Producing shortlists, reports, recruitment trackers and interview documentation.
  • Supporting onboarding and pre-employment administration activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Enjoy identifying and engaging talent.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
  • Are confident communicators who enjoy building relationships.
  • Have experience within recruitment, HR, administration, customer service or a similar support role.
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
  • Have experience of candidate sourcing, recruitment administration or applicant tracking systems (desirable).
  • Are looking to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR.
