We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes, supporting procurement, inventory management, and logistics to maintain efficiency and accuracy across the business. The ideal candidate is highly organised, with strong administration skills, proficiency with systems, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of orders to ensure delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and supplier information.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or delays.
  • Prepare and analyse reports on order status and supplier performance.
  • Support compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Key link between supplier and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise supply chain processes.
